Why can't I buy immediately?
Everything we make is made to order and sold in batches.
This helps us to reduce our impact on the environment by only ordering what we need.
When we sell out we close the shop until the next drop.
The next time its open is for our first sock dropping summer 2023.
Where can I buy Vallée products?
The only place you can buy Vallée products is through our website.
What size am I?
Jersey sizing is here.
How long are products available for?
Until they sell out.
We have a waiting list, which you can join.
If any garments are returned in perfect condition,
we will send these out to the waiting list first.
The best way to secure an item is to be there and ready on drop day.
Where is everything made?
Our T-shirts are hand printed in London.
All our jerseys are made in Czech Republic.
How long will it take to receive?
Once the drop has sold out...
T-shirts will take 1-2 weeks.
Jerseys will take 5-6 weeks.
As its made to order can I still return it if its not quite right?
We strive to make a product that you'll love,
but if it's not quite right then we do accept returns.

Why don't you just stock more?
We want to limit our impact on the environment by not overstocking and over producing.
This gives us time to go slow and create the best possible product for you.
I missed out on the drop what can I do?
If you missed out this time then you can join our wait list here after the drop and re-home a garment.
We only re-sell garments returned to us in perfect condition.
